Waiting Time Surcharges:

• Departure / Transfer: For all limousine bookings in Singapore, waiting time exceeding fifteen (15) minutes from the advised pick-up time will incur charges of $20.00 per fifteen (15) minutes block. Waiting times exceeding thirty (30) minutes will be charged as a 2-way transfer.
• Arrival: Waiting time exceeding the first sixty (60) minutes will be charged as a 2-way arrival transfer.
• Booking and Reservation Availability: Available 24 hours. All rates include gasoline, parking, and toll charges in Singapore.
• Midnight Surcharge: For limousine bookings between 2300hrs to 0700hrs, a midnight surcharge applies per hour or per way.
• Cancellations: Must be made 48 hours before the actual booking date.
• Additional Charges: Rates are subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Peak Period Surcharge: The same rates apply to most assignments except for events, Formula 1, Airshow, and Chinese New Year, where a peak period surcharge of an additional 50% of the usual rates applies per way or per hourly
